New: Manage Pipeline Phases from Anywhere 🔧
Shared by Mitt • You can now reorder, add, edit, and delete pipeline phases without leaving your current view — no more navigating back to board settings.
One of those little friction points that adds up over time just got fixed. Managing your pipeline phases used to mean navigating away from whatever you were doing — back to board settings, make a change, navigate back. No more.
What's New
Manage Phases is now accessible from three places in your pipeline:
- Display Options — the panel you already use to control what columns and data show up
- Quick view phase selector — the dropdown that appears when you're looking at a pursuit
- Pursuit detail page phase selector — right where you pick the phase for an individual pursuit
From any of these, you can reorder phases, add new ones, edit names, or delete phases entirely — without losing your place in the app.
How It Works
Click Manage Phases from any of the three entry points above. A panel opens where you can:
- Drag to reorder phases in the order that makes sense for your workflow
- Click the + to add a new phase and give it a name
- Click the edit icon on any phase to rename it
- Delete phases you no longer need (pursuits in that phase get unassigned)
Changes save immediately and reflect across the board.
Why It Matters
Most pipeline edits happen in context — you're looking at a pursuit and realize you need a new phase, or you're triaging and want to rearrange the order. Having to leave that context broke the flow. Now the edit happens in place, so you stay focused.
Get Started
Open your pipeline and look for Manage Phases in Display Options or any phase selector. If your pipeline structure has been feeling a bit off, now's a good time to clean it up.
