Workflows: Auto Snapshots and Full Edit History with Restore πŸ“Έ

CLEATUS now automatically snapshots your workflow on every change β€” by you or by the AI agent β€” and gives you a complete edit history you can browse and restore from at any time.

Workflows: Auto Snapshots and Full Edit History with Restore πŸ“Έ

Accidentally deleting a workflow step or having an agent edit go wrong is now recoverable. We've added automatic snapshots and a full edit history with one-click restore.

What's New

Every time something changes in your workflow β€” whether you make the change manually or the AI Workflow Builder makes it β€” CLEATUS now automatically saves a snapshot. You can browse the complete history of your workflow's evolution and restore any previous version with one click.

How It Works

Auto Snapshots

Changes trigger a snapshot automatically β€” no action required. Every edit, node addition, config update, and connection change is captured. You don't have to remember to save a version; the system does it for you.

Browse Your Edit History

A new History panel in the workflow editor shows a chronological list of all snapshots, with timestamps and a description of what changed. Scroll back through the timeline to see how your workflow evolved.

One-Click Restore

Find the version you want and click Restore. The workflow reverts to that snapshot state, and your current version becomes a new snapshot in the history β€” so you can always go back forward too.

Works for Agent Changes Too

If the AI Workflow Builder makes a change you don't like, it's captured in the history just like a manual edit. No change is irreversible.

Why It Matters

Workflows can get complex. When you're iterating with the AI agent or manually refactoring a multi-step automation, the ability to say "actually, let's go back to two versions ago" is invaluable. And for teams using workflows for production automations, having a full audit trail of changes is just good practice.

Get Started

Open any workflow in the editor and look for the History icon or panel. All future edits will be automatically snapshotted.
