Quick update for everyone using workflows! The home agent just got even more capable: you can now create brand-new workflows from scratch directly in the home chat. Describe what you want automated and the agent builds it for you — no need to navigate to the workflow editor first.
What's New
The home agent on your dashboard now has full workflow-creation capability. Previously you could run existing workflows and manage them through chat. Now you can go further — describe a process you want to automate and the agent sets up the workflow for you from the ground up.
How It Works
Describe what you want
- Open the chat on your home dashboard
- Tell the agent what you want to automate — for example, "Create a workflow that alerts me when a new opportunity matches my profile in the aerospace sector"
- The agent interprets your intent and builds the workflow
Review and activate
- The agent shows you what it created so you can review the steps before anything goes live
- You can ask it to adjust, add conditions, or change triggers right in the conversation
- Once you're happy, activate the workflow — done
Manage everything in one place
- Kick off, pause, or update existing workflows from the same chat
- Ask about workflow status or results without leaving the home screen
- Chain multiple instructions in a single thread — create a workflow, then immediately ask it to run
Why It Matters
Building automations used to require navigating to the workflow editor, figuring out the right triggers and actions, and configuring everything manually. That's a real barrier when you just want to automate something quickly.
