Logging your company's certifications just got cleaner. We've replaced the free-text box in your Capture Profile with the Certifications Library — a searchable catalog you browse by category, where you pick the credentials you already hold or add your own in a click.
What's New
The Industry Certifications field in your Capture Profile is no longer a free-text box. The Certifications Library gives you a curated catalog of the certifications that matter in govcon — grouped into categories like Cybersecurity, Compliance, Quality, and Security Clearance — so you can record exactly what your company holds, with no typos or guesswork.
How It Works
- 🎖️ Open your Capture Profile and go to the Company Details tab
- ➕ In the "Certifications & Structure" section, click "+ Add certifications"
- 🔍 Search or browse the catalog by category, then toggle on every certification you hold
- ✏️ Hold something that isn't listed? Use "Add your own" and it's saved under "Your Additions"
Why It Matters
Your certifications tell CLEATUS which contracts your company is eligible for. A clean, standardized list — instead of free-form text — means a sharper Capture Profile and a stronger foundation for matching you with the right opportunities.
Get Started
Open Capture Profile → Company Details, find "Certifications & Structure", and click "+ Add certifications".
