Your saved pipeline views are no longer just for you. With Shared pipeline views, you can build a custom view once, share it with your team, and everyone sees the same set of pursuits, filters, and columns — kept in sync as you make changes.
What's New
Every custom view in your Pipeline now has a "Share with team" toggle. Flip it on and that view becomes a shared pipeline view: a single team-wide view, visible to everyone on your entity, with a Users badge in the view switcher so you can tell it apart from your private ones.
How It Works
- Open your Pipeline and create or edit a custom view
- 🤝 Turn on "Share with team" to make it visible to everyone on your entity
- Teammates can refine a shared view's filters and columns, and your edits stay in sync for the whole team
- Your private views stay private, and only you decide when a view stops being shared
Why It Matters
Capture is a team sport. Before, a view you built lived only on your account, so the rest of your team never saw it. Now everyone works from the same picture of the pipeline — which means less duplicated setup and no more "which view are you looking at?" when you're chasing the same deadlines together.
Get Started
Head to your Pipeline, open or create a custom view, and click "Share with team".
