Connect Google Drive and SharePoint to your Document Hub πŸ”—

Hi everyone! Your proposal docs, past performance, and pricing usually already live somewhere else β€” and now they can come straight into CLEATUS. The Document Hub now connects to Google Drive and SharePoint, so you can import your existing files with a couple of clicks and keep a SharePoint folder mirrored so it stays in sync automatically.

What's New

You can now bring your files from Google Drive and SharePoint into the Document Hub. Browse and import individual files or whole folders from either one β€” and for SharePoint, keep a folder in two-way sync so CLEATUS and SharePoint always match. Two-way sync for Google Drive is coming soon.

How It Works

Import your files

  • πŸ“ In the Document Hub, click "Import from Google Drive" or "Import from SharePoint" in the top right
  • Browse your connected account and choose the files or whole folders you want to bring in

Keep a SharePoint folder in sync

  • πŸ”„ When you import a SharePoint folder, flip on "Keep in sync" to mirror it continuously
  • Add, rename, move, or delete files in a synced folder from either side β€” the changes flow both ways and stay in step

Why It Matters

The content you reuse most often already lives in Google Drive or SharePoint β€” and copying it back and forth is easy to forget and easy to get wrong. Now those files come into CLEATUS without any downloading and re-uploading, and a synced SharePoint folder means you never have to remember to bring the latest version over. Your workspace and your source of truth stay in lockstep.

Get Started

Open the Document Hub and click "Import from Google Drive" or "Import from SharePoint" in the top right to connect your files.

Happy syncing! πŸ”„
