Point an agent at a pursuit and it can list and read every draft file in that pursuit's bid package — so your review and outreach workflows work from the real proposal instead of a manual export.
What's New
Bid package access lets your workflow agents read the files inside any pursuit's bid package. An agent can list the workspace and open the actual proposal drafts, with no export or re-upload required — and it always works from the latest saved version of your workspace.
How It Works
- 📄 Build a workflow with an Agent node and point it at a pursuit
- The agent can list the files in that pursuit's bid package and read the draft contents
- Reviews reflect your current draft, because the agent reads the latest saved version of your workspace
- ✅ The same access is available when you chat with the agent directly on a pursuit
Why It Matters
The workflows you ask for most — final proposal reviews and prepping emails for the prime and subcontractors — all start from the draft bid package. Until now agents couldn't reach those files, so you had to export the package and re-upload it by hand every time. Now the workflow reads it directly, so your automations stay in step with whatever's in your proposal right now.
