See work before it becomes a solicitation with Signals 📡

Hi everyone! Not every opportunity starts life as a posted solicitation. We've just launched Signals, our way of surfacing the ones that haven't posted yet: a subcontract scope inside a prime, an agency's own procurement forecast, or a recompete we predict from award history. Each one now gets a page built for what it actually is, plus a clear next move.

What's New

Subcontract, forecast, and predicted-recompete pages used to render like live solicitations, so you'd see a "Closed" badge on something that never opened and empty cells where a deadline or set-aside should be. Signals replaces that with three tailored layouts and a violet SIGNAL badge everywhere these appear, so you can spot them at a glance.

How It Works

Subcontract pages

  • 🤝 Open with the prime they came from: its documents, its deadline, and its interested companies listed as Potential Primes
  • View the prime contract directly with a View Prime Contract button
  • See the other scopes tied to that same prime

Forecast pages

  • 🔮 Read "Upcoming" and lead with Est. Award Date, Est. Value, and Anticipated Set-Aside

Predicted recompete pages

  • Read "Predicted" and name the Incumbent, linked straight to their contractor profile

Everywhere else

  • Click the Signal strip at the top of any of these pages for a plain explanation of what you're looking at and what to do about it
  • Pursuits you've saved to your Pipeline get the same treatment

Why It Matters

By the time a solicitation posts, someone has usually been shaping it for months. Signals is how you get in front of that: study the incumbent on a recompete, reach the contracting office while a forecast is still being written, or line up the prime on a subcontract scope, all well before anyone else is paying attention.

Open anything marked SIGNAL from your Recommended feed or Contract Search.
