Hi everyone! We've added Copy Public Link across your dashboard. Grab a shareable link to any contract, company, agency, contact, contract vehicle, or NAICS code and send it to a teammate, partner, or client — whoever opens it sees the record with no CLEATUS account required.
What's New
Copy Public Link is now on every government record in your dashboard: contracts, companies, agencies, contacts, contract vehicles, and NAICS codes. It's also on your Pipeline, so you can share a pursuit straight from the board or the table without opening it first.
How It Works
- 🔗 Open any contract, company, agency, or contact and click "Copy Public Link" in the header
- Use the row menu in Pipeline table view, or right-click any card on the Pipeline board
- Paste the link anywhere — whoever opens it lands on the record's public page, with no login and no account needed
Why It Matters
Sharing a record used to mean sending someone to the government portal it came from, which often sits behind a login and covers only a slice of the sources we track. Now you can hand a partner, subcontractor, or client the record itself. The link only appears when there's a live public page behind it, so you never send one that leads nowhere.
Get Started
Open any contract in your Pipeline and click "Copy Public Link".
