Hey there! We've made it more intuitive to automate common GovCon work. The New Workflow page brings starter prompts, ready-made templates, every trigger, a blank canvas, and workflow guides into one place.
What's New
The New Workflow page replaces the old create dialog with a dedicated starting library. Browse examples for common capture, pipeline, compliance, and pricing work. You can also search every current template and trigger from the same page. Plain-English creation is still available, but it is now one option among several.
How It Works
Find a starting point
- Pick a featured prompt, such as "Alert on strong matches" or "Weekly opportunity digest"
- Select "Browse prompts" to explore more examples by Capture, BD & Pipeline, Compliance, Pricing, and other categories
- Open "Start from scratch" to search the full list of templates and triggers
Choose how you want to build
- Use a template when a ready-made workflow fits your goal
- Pick a trigger or a blank canvas when you want full control
- Describe the result when you want CLEATUS to build the trigger and steps for you
- Select "Learn how it works" to open workflow guides without leaving the page
Why It Matters
You do not need to start with a perfect prompt or an empty canvas. Choose the approach that fits your goal, then adjust the workflow in the editor. Common automations are easier to discover, and every way to build is easier to find.
Get Started
Open Automation → Workflows and click New Workflow. Then choose a prompt, template, trigger, or blank canvas.
