Hey there! The CLEATUS agent now pauses before its most consequential moves and asks you first. Agent action approvals show you exactly what is about to change, and nothing runs until you click Approve. Trust it on a workspace? Turn on Auto-approve right in the chat box and let the agent act on its own.
What's New
Agent action approvals put you in charge of the agent's biggest actions. When the agent wants to delete a workflow, remove a document or task, or add an opportunity to your pipeline, it now pauses on an approval card in the chat. You click Approve or Deny, and only then does anything happen. Once you would rather it just get on with things, Auto-approve turns the cards off for that workspace, and a stop button ends a running answer the moment you change your mind.
How It Works
- Ask the agent to make a change, for example "delete my draft test workflow"
- The agent names the exact target, then shows an approval card
- ✅ Click Approve to run it and watch it complete live, or Deny to keep everything as it is
- To stop being asked, tap the shield next to the microphone and confirm. The agent then runs those actions right away, and still names what it is doing first
- 🛡️ The shield stays amber while Auto-approve is on, so you always know which mode you are in, and one click puts the approvals back
- While the agent is answering, the send button becomes a stop button. One click ends the run right away
Why It Matters
You choose how much rope the agent gets. Approvals are on until you say otherwise, so deletions and pipeline changes can never happen behind your back, and a denied action never runs. When the clicking starts costing you more than it saves, Auto-approve removes it without hiding anything from you. The setting is remembered per workspace, so the account your team ships from can stay gated while the one you experiment in runs free.
Get Started
Open the Agent tab on your dashboard, or the chat on any page, and ask CLEATUS to clean up a workflow or add an opportunity to your pipeline. The approval card does the rest, and the shield in the chat box is where you hand over the keys.
