Hey there! We've added a Zapier step to AI Workflows. Drop it anywhere in a workflow, and every item that reaches it is delivered to your Zap, and on to HubSpot, Salesforce, or the 5,000+ other apps Zapier connects.
What's New
Your AI Workflows can now hand off to Zapier. Add the Zapier step to a workflow, and everything that reaches it is sent to your Zap as its own record.
How It Works
- In the workflow editor, add a step and pick Zapier under Actions
- There is no URL to paste: in Zapier, build a Zap with CLEATUS as the trigger app, choose "New Data From Workflow," and pick the workflow you just edited
- One workflow can feed several Zaps. Give the step an optional label, like
push-to-hubspot, so each Zap can tell your steps apart - The step passes items through untouched, so any steps after it still run
- Turning a Zap off in Zapier is enough to stop delivery. You never have to edit the workflow
Why It Matters
The contracts, pursuits, and scores your workflows produce can now land in the CRM your team already lives in, or kick off anything else you have wired up in Zapier. No one copies rows by hand, and your pipeline stops being an island.

Open any workflow, add a step, and choose Zapier under Actions.
