Every proposal file now keeps its own version history π°οΈ
Word documents, Excel workbooks, and every other file in your bid package now keep a running list of versions you can preview and restore.

Hi everyone! We've added version history to the Proposal Writer. Every file in a bid package, Word documents and Excel workbooks included, now keeps a running list of versions you can preview and restore, whether you wrote it or an agent did.
What's New
Version history is now in the Proposal Writer, one list per file. Open a document and click the clock icon in the header to see every saved version of it, newest first.
How It Works
- π°οΈ Versions save themselves: after every agent turn, as you edit (at most once every five minutes), and when you leave a document
- Each entry shows when it was saved, how big it is, and who saved it, with the newest one marked "latest"
- Click any version for a read-only preview, and step through Older and Newer to compare before you commit to anything
- "Restore this version" puts those contents back, and saves your current version to history first so you can return to it
Why It Matters
Word, Excel, and PDF files had no history at all before, and that's most of what a bid package actually is. Seeing what an old version held used to mean restoring it, so you had to overwrite your work just to ask the question. Now you look first and decide after.
Get Started
Open a proposal, select a file, and click the clock icon in the top right of the header.
Happy drafting! π
