Ask CLEATUS to fix your pursuit details π
Tell the agent the right title, deadline, set-aside, or value on any pursuit, and it makes the correction for you.

Hi everyone! We've given the agent pursuit detail edits: tell it the right title, posted date, set-aside, or estimated contract value on any pursuit in your pipeline, and it makes the correction for you. On a pursuit you imported yourself, it goes further and re-reads the attached documents, so the amendments you upload after the import finally reach the record.
What's New
Pursuit detail edits let you correct a pursuit by asking. Tell the agent the right title, posted date, set-aside, or estimated contract value, and it writes it, on any pursuit in your pipeline. On a pursuit your workspace imported, you can also ask it to re-read the documents attached to it and bring the whole General Information tab up to date: response deadline, response type, notice type, solicitation number, set-aside, requirement type, contract vehicle, estimated award date, period of performance, and estimated value.
How It Works
- Open a pursuit, open Ask CLEATUS, and say what is wrong ("this is an 8(a) set-aside", "the estimated value is $4M")
- Your correction stays in your workspace: teammates who share the pursuit see it, but it never changes the global contract record
- On a pursuit you imported, ask it to update the details from the documents instead, and it reads them, writes supported values, and removes an earlier deadline correction if the evidence no longer supports it
- π Every new document-backed value comes back with the sentence it came from and the document that sentence sits in. If the re-read removes an unsupported deadline correction, it restores the contract value without claiming new document evidence
- β The General Information tab updates in place either way, so you see the new values without reloading the page
Why It Matters
A pursuit with a wrong set-aside or a stale value quietly skews everything downstream, and until now the only fix was opening the edit form and working through it field by field. Now you say what is wrong and it is fixed. On imported pursuits the bigger win is amendments: a record can sit five amendments behind the documents filed right next to it, and one sentence to the agent closes that gap. Every document-backed change includes the quote and source document, so you can check the work rather than take it on faith.
