What's New
Folder templates let you save a folder structure once and reuse it across your pipeline. Build the folders you want on one opportunity, save the shape, and every future opportunity can start from the same layout.
How It Works
- 📁 Open any opportunity, go to Documents, and click "Folder template"
- Pick "Save these folders as a template" to capture the structure you already have, or "Apply a template" to add one
- Applying shows you the whole folder tree first, marking which folders will be created and which are already there
- The folders show up right away while the rest is saved in the background
- Folders that already exist are left alone with their documents, so you can apply a template as often as you like
Why It Matters
Teams with a standard pursuit process were rebuilding the same folders by hand on every single opportunity. Now that structure is one click, everyone works from the same layout, and nobody has to remember what the standard is.
Get Started
Open any opportunity, go to Documents, and click "Folder template".
