Hi everyone! We've added Contract requirements to help you review what a bid must include. CLEATUS reads your solicitation documents and organizes every requirement with the source quote behind it, so your team can check the instruction, not just the checkbox.
What's New
Contract requirements gives you a checklist on the contract overview and a dedicated page for detailed review, built directly from your solicitation documents.
How It Works
- Click "Extract requirements" once your solicitation documents are ready, and follow progress from the overview or the Requirements page
- Search and filter the list to find what you need
- Open any requirement to see the source quote it came from
- Focus on "Needs review" to see what still needs a second look
- Export the checklist when you are ready to share it with your team
Why It Matters
Your team can review proposal instructions and the sources behind them together, without switching between documents and spreadsheets to double check what a requirement actually says.
Get Started
Open a contract in your Pipeline and select Requirements. If documents are missing or unavailable, follow the Documents link first to get them in.
