Start a workspace by describing the work you need π
Describe a project or choose a template, and CLEATUS opens a ready-to-use workspace with the right editable files already in place.
Hello everyone! We've added agent-started workspaces, a new way to begin work by telling CLEATUS what you need instead of naming an empty workspace first. Describe the project, speak it aloud, or choose a template, and your workspace opens ready for the work ahead.
What's New
Agent-started workspaces replace the name-only New workspace dialog with a focused starting page. It asks "What would you like to work on?" and lets you type, dictate, or speak your request. You can also choose from ready-made templates, while the Workspaces library now includes a Recently opened row.
How It Works
- From Workspaces, click "New workspace" to open the agent page
- Describe the work and click "Start workspace", or tap the microphone on an empty box to talk through the request
- Choose a starting point such as Empty workspace, Pricing worksheet, Past performance, or Technical approach
- Click "See more templates" to browse all eight options, including a compliance matrix, cover letter, sources sought response, and capability statement
- Add a workspace name, optional details, requirements, or document references when a template asks for them
- Let CLEATUS create the editable Word and Excel files in the new workspace, with your sources attached
Pursuit and proposal workspaces are unchanged. Their setup and resume options continue to work as before.
Why It Matters
Starting a workspace used to mean naming an empty space, opening it, and then explaining the assignment. Now the first thing you say becomes the starting point for the work. Templates give you a useful file and the right source context from the beginning, so you can move from an idea to a real pricing worksheet, past-performance write-up, technical approach, or response much faster.
Get Started
Head to Workspaces and click "New workspace". Describe what you want to accomplish, or choose a template to get moving with a structured starting point.
Happy drafting! π
