Find solicitation answers without the portal hunt 💬

Hi everyone! We've added Solicitation Q&A to contracts and pursuits, bringing bidder questions and agency answers together so you can find the details that may shape your bid.

What's New

Solicitation Q&A is a searchable tab on contract and pursuit pages. It brings together questions and answers found in solicitation Q&A documents and questions published on the bid portal. You can use it to follow the conversation around an opportunity while your team reviews the rest of the solicitation.

How It Works

• Open a contract or pursuit and select the Q&A tab. It appears when published questions are available.
• Check the summary for answered and unanswered question counts, plus the date of the latest answer.
• Switch between Answered and Unanswered to review agency responses or questions still waiting for one.
• Search by keyword to find a topic, with matching text highlighted.
• Sort by Newest first, Oldest first, or Document order to follow the agency's original sequence.
• Review answers grouped by release. Each group shows its file name and release date. Open the file in the document viewer or follow the link to the bid portal.
• Use the release details to compare follow-up answers as the solicitation develops, without losing the connection to the original document.

Why It Matters

An agency answer can change what you propose, what you price, or how you plan a site visit. With questions and answers beside the opportunity, your team can spot those details sooner, see what still needs clarification, and account for the agency's guidance as you prepare a bid. Everyone can work from the same released information instead of searching across separate documents and portal pages.

Get Started

Open a contract in your Pipeline and select the Q&A tab. If it is not there, we have not found published questions for that solicitation yet.
