Run your best prompts and reference files wherever you work, so your team can move from a good idea to repeatable work without starting over.

Use your saved Skills in every chat ⚡

Hello everyone! 👋 We've brought Skills to every chat, so your best prompts and reference files are always close at hand. Run a saved Skill from the Agent, Ask CLEATUS, or proposal writer and keep moving without copying instructions or reattaching the same documents.

What's New

Skills in every chat puts your saved workflows one keystroke away. Type / in a CLEATUS chat, choose a Skill, and its instructions and attached documents join the conversation automatically.

How It Works

Run a Skill where you work

  • On the Agent page or in Ask CLEATUS, type / and choose a Skill from "Your skills"
  • In the proposal writer chat, browse "Proposal writer skills" and "Your skills" together
  • Choose a Skill to add its instructions and attached documents to the chat context

Build your library from chat

  • Ask the Agent to "save this as a Skill" when you have a prompt you want to reuse
  • Ask it to find, edit, rename, categorize, share, or favorite your Skills
  • When you ask to delete a Skill, CLEATUS asks you to approve it first

Learn the built-in skills

  • Open Automation → Skills and select the "Proposal writer skills" tab
  • Review what each built-in proposal writer Skill is designed to help with

Why It Matters

The prompts and files that make your work effective should not be trapped in one conversation or in one person's notes. Save a Skill once, share it with your team, and bring the same trusted process into the next conversation whenever you need it.

Get Started

Open the Agent page, type /, and choose a Skill from "Your skills." If your library is empty, ask the Agent to save your next good prompt, or open Automation → Skills to start organizing.

Happy prompting! 🚀
