Bring every proposal into one Workspaces library 🗂️

Hello everyone! 👋 We've moved Proposals into the Workspaces library, so every proposal, quote, response, plan, and document your team writes now has one home. You can see the work tied to each pursuit, find the closest deadline, and keep the latest draft within reach.

What's New

The Workspaces library brings your team's written work together in one place. Filter by type, search by pursuit, sort by due date, and switch between grid and list views. Proposal cards and list rows include the pursuit deadline, while each workspace type has its own icon so you can spot what you need quickly.

How It Works

Find and organize your work

• Open Workspaces under Build in the sidebar to see everything your company is writing
• Use the type filter to narrow the list to Proposals, Quotes, Responses, Plans, or Documents
• Search by pursuit, sort by Due Date to work on the nearest deadline first, or group by Pursuit
• In list view, use the Type and Due columns to scan the work at a glance

Start and continue a draft

• Click New workspace to start a Proposal, Quote, Response, or Plan, then choose the pursuit it belongs to
• Open a pursuit to see its Workspaces card and the work already started there
• Choose Continue Building to return to a draft, or New document to add another piece of work
• Use the Pursuit button beside Back inside a workspace to return to the opportunity

Why It Matters

Proposal work is easier to manage when your team does not have to choose between a page of files and the pursuit where the work actually belongs. One library gives everyone a shared view of what is being written, which deadline is closest, and which pursuit still needs attention. You spend less time hunting for the current draft and more time moving the response forward.

Get Started

Click Workspaces under Build in the sidebar to explore your library. Old Proposals links and bookmarks now take you there too.
