Keep one pursuit connected across every notice ๐Ÿ”—

Hello everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ We've added Merge with another notice to pursuits, so your work can follow an opportunity as it moves from an early forecast to a live solicitation or a recompete. Your team keeps the full capture history instead of starting over every time a new notice appears.

What's New

Merge with another notice connects a pursuit to a newer or related government notice while keeping the work your team has already done. Tasks, notes, documents, proposals, assignees, and tags stay together, so the pursuit remains the place your team returns to from the first signal through the final submission.

How It Works

Move a pursuit to its next notice

  • Open a pursuit in your Pipeline and click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ)
  • Choose Merge with another notice
  • Select a related notice that CLEATUS has already linked, or search by title or solicitation number
  • Click Merge with selected notice to move the pursuit forward

Keep both sides of the work

  • When CLEATUS links a newer notice to a pursuit, use the prompt on the pursuit page or the Merge your pursuit with this notice button in the release alert email
  • If the newer notice already has its own pursuit, CLEATUS combines the two so the work from both stays available
  • Find the notices the pursuit came from in the Earlier notices section
  • Review the activity log to see when the merge happened

Why It Matters

Government opportunities rarely stay on one notice. A forecast can become a sources sought, then a solicitation, and later a recompete. Merging keeps your capture history in one place, so your team can see what changed, preserve the context behind earlier decisions, and keep moving without rebuilding a pursuit by hand.

Get Started

Open any pursuit in your Pipeline, click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ), and choose Merge with another notice. Start with an opportunity that has a related notice ready to connect.

Happy capturing! ๐ŸŽฏ
