Hand big file jobs to a workspace from chat 🧠
Create, check, and refine large files in the background, then find the finished work in your Document Hub.

Hello everyone! 👋 We've added workspace hand-off to the Agent page and Ask CLEATUS. When you need a large workbook, report, or PDF, CLEATUS can build it in a workspace, check the finished files, and save them to your Document Hub so you can keep working while the job runs.
What's New
Workspace hand-off gives big file jobs more room than a single chat reply. A workspace builds the files in the background, checks them before saving, and stays open so you can ask for changes without starting over.
How It Works
Start a file job
- Open the Agent page or Ask CLEATUS and ask for a large file, such as an Excel file of the subcontractors at Eglin AFB
- Say “Start a workspace” when you want CLEATUS to use a workspace for the job
- CLEATUS asks before starting the workspace, and you can choose to make the file directly in chat instead
Follow the work and refine it
- Ask “Is it done?” at any time to check the workspace
- When the work is finished, CLEATUS checks the files and saves them to your Document Hub
- Ask for a change, such as “Add a PDF version too,” and the same workspace continues from where it left off
- Ask “What workspaces do I have?” to see your open workspaces, or ask CLEATUS to delete one you no longer need
Pass files into workflows
- A Document Builder step can now pass finished files to Save Document, Google Drive, SharePoint, or an email attachment
- Ask the Agent to set up a workflow that sends your finished files where your team already works
Why It Matters
Multi-sheet workbooks, reports, and PDFs often need more room than one chat response can provide. Workspace hand-off lets the heavy work happen in the background while you stay in control, with every file checked before it reaches your Document Hub and the same workspace ready for the next revision.
Get Started
Open the Agent page or Ask CLEATUS and say, “Start a workspace and make an Excel file of the subcontractors at Eglin AFB.” You can replace that example with any large file job your team needs.
Happy building! 🧠
