The Head Start program under the Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is currently focused on the expansion and modernization of its educational infrastructure. Its primary strategic priority is the development of specialized learning environments, specifically through the acquisition and installation of modular classroom facilities to increase capacity and improve service delivery.
