Strategic priorities include the stewardship of public-facing properties, the modernization of tourism district operations, and the efficient delivery of facility and maintenance services to sustain visitor engagement and community revitalization efforts. The agency routinely procures a broad range of administrative, facilities, and construction-related services to support its operational footprint. Office administrative services, commercial building construction, and nonresidential property management dominate its procurement activity, reflecting a focus on sustaining both administrative capacity and physical infrastructure. The agency consistently seeks vendors with expertise in facility operations, property oversight, and urban development support, favoring established contractors with demonstrated capacity in municipal and tourism-centric environments. NJCRDA operates as a state-level entity under the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, with jurisdiction focused exclusively on Atlantic City.
