3ES INNOVATION INC

3ES INNOVATION INC specializes in custom software development and maintenance for mission-critical government systems, with demonstrated expertise in petroleum data visualization and simulation platforms. Their core capability centers on delivering tailored computer programming services, particularly in the maintenance and enhancement of specialized software such as PETROVR—a tool used for reservoir modeling and petroleum engineering analytics. The contractor provides sustained software lifecycle support, including bug resolution, performance optimization, and feature updates tailored to geological and energy data workflows. Technical proficiency includes scientific computing environments, data integration from subsurface sensors, and user-centric interface design for geoscientists and engineers. Their focus on domain-specific applications distinguishes them in niche federal IT markets where domain knowledge is as critical as coding proficiency. The contractor has delivered services exclusively to the Department of the Interior, supporting technical operations related to natural resource management and energy exploration. This singular agency relationship indicates a deep, focused engagement with interior land and resource stewardship systems, likely involving geological data platforms used across BLM, USGS, or other bureaus. The nature of the work suggests a trusted, long-term partnership built on reliability in maintaining complex, legacy scientific software. Their primary industry focus is custom computer programming services under NAICS 541511, placing them squarely in the scientific and technical software development sector. They serve the energy and natural resources vertical, providing software solutions that bridge geospatial analysis, reservoir simulation, and data visualization for federal decision-makers. As a 2L entity based in Calgary, AB, 3ES INNOVATION INC operates as a small, specialized firm with no federal certifications on record. Their geographic location positions them to support North American energy sector clients, particularly those with cross-border federal operations. They maintain a lean, high-impact footprint in the U.S. government IT market, emphasizing technical precision over scale.
