The contractor must submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, a Project Work Plan including Health and Safety Plan and Job Safety Hazard Analysis within 14 days of award, a Project Schedule within seven days, and monthly progress reports. All work must be completed within 365 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, involving excavation, transport, and disposal of sediment at the Angostura Gravel Pit, along with road maintenance and topographic surveys by a licensed New Mexico surveyor.
