Their technical expertise encompasses site preparation, foundation systems, structural framing, MEP coordination, and finish-out services tailored to federal and defense standards. The company demonstrates a focused capability in delivering high-integrity building environments, with an emphasis on meeting stringent military and institutional specifications, ensuring durability, safety, and operational readiness in demanding environments. The contractor has delivered construction services exclusively for the Department of Defense, indicating a deep alignment with military infrastructure needs. Their work supports the construction and renovation of facilities essential to base operations, including administrative buildings, training centers, and support structures that must comply with DoD Uniform Facilities Criteria and sustainability guidelines. This singular agency focus suggests a well-established relationship built on reliability, adherence to defense construction protocols, and familiarity with military installation logistics and security requirements. B & H Contracting’s primary industry focus is NAICS 236220—Commercial and Institutional Building Construction—where they execute projects requiring complex coordination between architectural intent, structural engineering, and regulatory compliance. Their market positioning centers on serving institutional clients with high-safety, high-utilization facilities, distinguishing themselves through disciplined project execution and familiarity with government construction workflows. They do not pursue broad diversified construction portfolios but instead concentrate on delivering specialized, mission-aligned buildings within the defense and public institutional sectors. As a small business structured as a 2L entity, B & H Contracting operates from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, leveraging its proximity to major military installations to support responsive, on-site project management. The company holds no federal certifications, positioning it as a niche, locally rooted contractor focused on execution excellence rather than formal program participation. Its geographic presence and operational model reflect a strategy centered on regional military demand and hands-on construction delivery.
