BAYOU BOAT RENTALS INC

Bayou Boat Rentals Inc. specializes in the rental and operation of airboats for federal land and water resource management missions, primarily supporting the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Their core capabilities center on providing certified airboat platforms with trained operators to conduct field surveys, site inspections, stakeouts, and environmental monitoring in remote, wetland, and flood-prone terrains. The contractor delivers mission-critical mobility solutions for natural resource conservation, land planning, and infrastructure project oversight in challenging aquatic environments, particularly within Louisiana’s bayou ecosystems. Their technical expertise includes precision site access for pre-construction and construction-phase inspections, as well as logistical support for field teams requiring off-road, shallow-draft waterborne transport. A key differentiator is their proven ability to operate in ecologically sensitive areas under strict regulatory constraints, ensuring minimal environmental disruption while maintaining operational readiness. The company maintains a consistent, long-term relationship with the Department of Agriculture, particularly through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), where they provide sustained airboat services under multi-year blanket purchase agreements. Their work supports conservation planning, site assessment, and compliance monitoring for agricultural land management programs, indicating deep familiarity with USDA protocols and field operation requirements. Their primary industry focus is Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing (NAICS 532411), which in practice translates to specialized watercraft leasing with integrated operator services for government field operations. They are positioned as a niche provider of mission-specific maritime mobility for federal environmental and land management agencies. Bayou Boat Rentals Inc. is a small, locally based entity headquartered in Des Allemands, Louisiana, with no federal certifications on record. Their geographic presence is tightly aligned with the Gulf Coast wetland region, enabling rapid deployment and local operational knowledge critical to USDA’s field missions. They serve as a trusted regional provider for agencies requiring specialized waterborne access in hard-to-reach environments.
