BRICE BUILDERS, LLC

Brice Builders, LLC specializes in the design, installation, and retrofit of mission-critical communications infrastructure and heavy civil construction for federal facilities. Their technical expertise spans the fabrication and deployment of high-power radio and television broadcasting systems, including antenna arrays, transmission towers, and sheltered communications sites, as well as the seismic retrofitting and structural rehabilitation of federal buildings and marine infrastructure such as docks and piers. The contractor demonstrates deep proficiency in integrating broadcast equipment with hardened civil structures, ensuring compliance with military and federal environmental and safety standards. Their ability to execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects—from replacing fire protection and plumbing systems in institutional buildings to upgrading short-wave transmitting stations in austere locations—reflects a unique blend of electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering capabilities. The company maintains a consistent track record with the Department of Defense, delivering facility modernization and infrastructure resilience projects, particularly for VA medical centers and coastal installations. They also serve the Department of Agriculture with specialized communications site upgrades in national forest regions, indicating familiarity with remote, environmentally sensitive construction zones. Their work with the U.S. Agency for Global Media further underscores experience in international broadcast system expansion and signal integrity optimization. Brice Builders operates primarily within NAICS 237990 (heavy civil engineering) and 334220 (broadcast equipment manufacturing), positioning them at the intersection of physical infrastructure and RF communications systems. This dual focus enables them to deliver turnkey solutions for federal agencies requiring both structural integrity and high-reliability signal transmission. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in Anchorage, Alaska, Brice Builders leverages its Arctic operational experience to support remote and extreme-environment federal projects. While they hold no formal government certifications, their proven ability to execute complex, multi-agency construction and communications projects establishes a strong reputation in niche federal markets.
