GOODRICH CORPORATION

Goodrich Corporation specializes in the design, manufacturing, and support of critical aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment for military aviation platforms. Their core capabilities center on precision-engineered components such as brake shoe kits, hydraulic valve assemblies, retaining rings, wear pins, and protective plugs, all tailored for high-performance combat aircraft like the F-15 and F-16. The contractor demonstrates deep expertise in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) supply chains, delivering mission-critical spare parts under performance-based logistics (PBL) frameworks. Their technical proficiency spans metallurgy, sealing systems, fluid control components, and precision machining for demanding flight environments, ensuring compliance with stringent military specifications and quality standards. The company maintains an exclusive focus on the Department of Defense, supplying components for legacy and active-duty fighter fleets through long-term sustainment contracts. Their relationship with DoD is defined by recurring, mission-critical part replenishment and life-extension programs, particularly for airframe and landing systems. Work is consistently delivered under PBL and direct procurement channels, indicating a trusted, operational partner status within defense aviation logistics. Goodrich Corporation operates primarily under NAICS 336413, which encompasses the manufacturing of non-engine aircraft components essential to flight systems. Their vertical specialization lies in airframe subsystems—hydraulics, braking, sealing, and fastening—positioning them as a niche supplier for complex, low-volume, high-reliability aerospace parts. They serve the defense aerospace segment with a focus on sustainment rather than new production. As a 2L entity based in Troy, Ohio, Goodrich Corporation is a mid-tier manufacturer with no federal certifications on record. Their geographic footprint is centered in the Midwest, with a government market positioning rooted in deep technical specialization and consistent DoD sustainment contracts.
