HIGH ENERGY METALS, INC.

High Energy Metals, Inc. specializes in the precision manufacturing of mission-critical electronic components and electrical interconnect systems for defense applications. Their core capabilities include the production of grounding strips, mounting bosses, bond straps, and other specialized electrical components used in high-reliability military platforms. The company demonstrates deep expertise in printed circuit assembly, semiconductor-related device fabrication, and the manufacturing of passive components such as capacitors, resistors, and inductors. Their technical proficiency spans advanced metallurgy, surface finishing, and high-integrity electrical bonding techniques essential for electromagnetic compatibility and signal integrity in harsh operational environments. What sets them apart is their ability to deliver small-batch, high-precision components with tight tolerances—often for legacy or classified systems—where rapid prototyping, material selection, and military-spec compliance are paramount. The contractor maintains a consistent and exclusive relationship with the Department of Defense, supplying components critical to avionics, radar, communications, and ground vehicle systems. Their work supports maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) efforts for existing platforms, as well as integration into new defense programs requiring certified, non-obsolescent parts. There is no evidence of engagement with civilian agencies beyond DoD. Industry focus centers on niche segments within electronic component manufacturing, particularly under NAICS 334419 and 335999, where they produce custom electrical interconnects and miscellaneous electrical subsystems. They serve the defense electronics supply chain with a focus on components that are difficult to source commercially due to stringent performance, environmental, or certification requirements. High Energy Metals, Inc. is a small, privately held manufacturer located in Sequim, Washington. The company holds no federal certifications but maintains a focused, agile production capability tailored to meet the unique demands of defense electronics manufacturing. Their geographic positioning supports timely delivery to Pacific Northwest defense contractors and military installations, reinforcing their role as a specialized, responsive supplier in the national security industrial base.
