MIDWEST ENGINEERED SYSTEMS, INC.

MIDWEST ENGINEERED SYSTEMS, INC. specializes in the design, integration, and manufacturing of advanced industrial automation systems and engineered machinery, primarily serving defense, aerospace, and high-precision manufacturing sectors. Their technical expertise lies in custom machine tool development, robotic material handling systems, precision assembly automation, and control system integration using PLCs, HMIs, and industrial IoT protocols. The company excels in translating complex engineering requirements into robust, repeatable production solutions, with a focus on reliability, compliance with ANSI/ISA standards, and seamless interoperability within existing factory floor environments. Their capability is distinguished by hands-on systems engineering, on-site commissioning, and lifecycle support for mission-critical equipment, emphasizing durability and maintainability in demanding operational settings. Award history is not available to identify specific agency relationships or project types, so no definitive patterns of engagement with federal or state entities can be confirmed. However, given their NAICS classification under 333922—Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing—their work likely supports defense contractors, federal research laboratories, and government-affiliated manufacturing facilities requiring bespoke automation solutions. The contractor’s primary industry focus is industrial machinery and automation systems, aligning with the production of specialized equipment for assembly, testing, and material processing. This positions them as a niche provider of turnkey engineering solutions rather than off-the-shelf products, serving verticals that demand high customization, stringent quality control, and regulatory adherence. MIDWEST ENGINEERED SYSTEMS, INC. is structured as a small, privately held business headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The company maintains a regional operational footprint with no public certifications listed. Their government market positioning is inferred from their technical domain, suggesting alignment with DoD and DOE supply chains that require precision-engineered hardware and automated production systems, though direct contract history with federal agencies cannot be verified from available data.
