NRC EAST ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC.

NRC EAST ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. specializes in rapid-response environmental remediation services, focusing on hazardous material containment, oil spill mitigation, and chemical incident response. The company deploys trained personnel, specialized equipment, and containment systems to neutralize and remediate contaminants at sensitive operational sites, including military installations and federal facilities. Their technical expertise includes spill response protocols, soil and water decontamination, hazardous waste handling, and compliance with EPA and OSHA standards for emergency environmental interventions. A key differentiator is their ability to deliver turnkey field operations under time-sensitive directives, particularly for federal agencies requiring immediate action to prevent ecological damage or public health risks. The contractor has delivered remediation services primarily to the Department of Homeland Security, supporting high-priority incident response missions such as tank cleaning, hazardous chemical mitigation, and spill containment under FOSCR direction. They have also supported the Department of Defense with environmental response at facility-specific sites, indicating experience working within secure, regulated military environments. These engagements reflect a consistent pattern of contract execution for urgent, mission-critical environmental emergencies requiring strict adherence to federal response protocols. The primary NAICS code, 562910, reflects a focused market position in remediation services, specifically in emergency environmental cleanup and hazardous substance management. The contractor does not appear to engage in broad environmental consulting or long-term site restoration but instead targets acute response scenarios requiring immediate mobilization and field deployment. This positions them as a niche provider for time-sensitive federal environmental emergencies. NRC EAST ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. is a small business structured as a 2L entity, headquartered in Franklin, Massachusetts. While no federal certifications are listed, their consistent performance on high-stakes federal contracts demonstrates operational readiness and compliance with government contracting requirements. Their geographic presence supports rapid deployment along the eastern seaboard, aligning with key DHS and DoD operational hubs.
