TRADE EASTERN, INC

TRADE EASTERN, INC specializes in design-build construction of commercial and institutional facilities, with demonstrated expertise in delivering fully accessible, mission-critical laboratory infrastructure. The contractor manages end-to-end project delivery—from conceptual design and architectural planning through final construction—ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, building codes, and functional requirements for specialized environments. Their technical capabilities include integrated design-build methodologies, coordination of structural and mechanical systems for sensitive lab environments, and seamless integration of new construction with existing facilities. A key differentiator is their precision in executing complex, code-compliant projects requiring high levels of technical coordination, particularly in science and research settings where environmental controls and operational continuity are paramount. The company has established a focused relationship with the Department of the Interior, delivering specialized construction services for federal research facilities. This engagement reflects an understanding of federal land management agency needs, particularly in constructing secure, functional, and sustainable infrastructure to support scientific operations on public lands. Their work aligns with the agency’s mission to advance environmental and biological research through purpose-built facilities. TRADE EASTERN, INC’s primary industry focus is Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (NAICS 236220), which encompasses the design and build of non-residential structures such as laboratories, administrative buildings, and public service facilities. The firm positions itself as a niche provider for government-owned institutional projects requiring strict adherence to technical specifications and accessibility mandates, distinguishing itself in the federal construction market through specialized execution rather than broad-scale development. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, TRADE EASTERN, INC operates with a lean, regionally grounded presence. While currently holding no formal government certifications, the company leverages direct experience and technical proficiency to compete effectively in federal construction procurements, particularly those requiring design-build delivery models and specialized facility construction.
