The Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires Noise Dosimeters as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW).  This RFQ will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). 


This requirement will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award. 


This requirement is subject to the Buy American Act (BAA).


Period of Performance: July 21, 2026 – July 20, 2031.


Questions pertaining to this RFQ are due by 3:00 PM EST on July 08,  2026.


Quotes are due by 3:00 PM EST on July 14, 2026.
