This request is for one 1 High Speed Centrifuge, four (4) rotors and Accessories this equipment is an essential piece of laboratory equipment necessary to perform molecular biology and biochemistry experiments. It is needed for procedures such as clarification of protein extracts, large-scale nucleic and purification, protein precipitation, protein concentration, subcellular fractionation, organelle isolation, density gradient separation, protein co-immunoprecipitation/purification, harvesting of recombinant bacterial cultures, and preparation of proteomics samples. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.
