Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the supply and install of residential water treatment systems, on an as and when required basis. The purpose of this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers to carry out the pre-installation inspection, installation, and maintenance of residential water treatment systems. Multiple suppliers may qualify as Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. However, contracts under the SA will be awarded through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The delivery area included in this SA is all of Atlantic Canada (NB, NL, NS, PE). Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process.
