018B-27 Rock Salt (Sodium Chloride) for 2026-27 Winter Season

The purpose of this invitation to bid (ITB) is to establish one or more contracts for Rock Salt (Sodium Chloride) quantities to be delivered to the Ohio Department of Transportation (also referred to as “ODOT” and “Department”) as well as participating Political Subdivisions (e.g. townships, cities, universities, counties, Turnpike, etc.) throughout the 2026-27 winter season.

The estimated maximum quantity of this contract would be the totals listed on TABS “Political Sub. County Tons” and “ODOT Estimated Fill” If a vendor is awarded a LOT (or multiple LOTS), delivery would be to locations where a price has been established for Section 2 and Section 3.
