Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires a cab and chassis capable of being equipped with a flat deck and fifth-wheel hitch. Must be capable of towing a gooseneck ball hitch with 24,900 lbs GVWR trailer while transporting up to 5 occupants in the crew cab. The loaded trailer will be used to haul agricultural equipment. AAFC also requires a crew cab with short box truck with snow plow prep package, capable of being equipped with fifth-wheel hitch, and towing a gooseneck trailer with 24,900 lbs GVWR while transporting up to 5 occupants in the crew cab. The loaded trailer will be used to haul agricultural equipment.The flat deck, fifth-wheel ball hitch, snow plow and trailer are not part of this requirement. Delivery of the vehicles must be made by March 31st 2024. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
