This solicitation, issued by the State Research Institute for Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary Sanitary Expertise under the Government of Ukraine, concerns the procurement of professional services for monitoring compliance with DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards for testing and calibration laboratories. The services are specifically focused on the surveillance and assessment of laboratory competence to ensure adherence to national and international technical requirements. Due to the legal status of the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) as the sole state body authorized to conduct such monitoring and accreditation activities, this procurement is being conducted without competition.
