The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000043490 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). ONLY OFFERS FROM A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned will be considered; however, offers from FPI will be considered in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4) and FAR 19.504. NSN: 5995-01-304-2026, CABLE ASSEMBLY, RADI, CRITICAL ITEM;; EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.
