CVIN, LLC is proposing to install broadband conduits and fiber infrastructure within an existing steel pipe beneath Interstate Route 5 in Los Angeles County, spanning from post mile 73.0 to 76.2 near Pyramid Lake Road, within Caltrans right-of-way.
