AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 14, 2023, at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Global Affairs Canada, requires the services of a contractor to provide and manage a full range of hospitality functions related to food and housekeeping. These services must be delivered at a high level, congruent with official events hosted by the Prime Minister and federal ministers for heads of state, heads of government, foreign dignitaries, and high-level guests of honour. These services will mainly be provided in two locations: the official government hospitality center on the ninth floor of Lester B. Pearson Building, and the Canadian official guest house located at 7 Rideau Gate, but may be required on an “as and when requested” basis at other venues in the National Capital Region such as museums, banquet halls, or federal buildings.
