The Bartow County School System is soliciting qualified contractors to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of the College and Career Academy located at 738 Grassdale Rd NW, Cartersville, Georgia. All firms must meet non-negotiable eligibility criteria, including bonding capacity within the $30M–$36M range through a surety listed in the Department of Treasury’s Circular 570, insurance coverage issued by a Georgia-licensed carrier, an A.M. Best financial strength rating of “A-” or higher, and a Class V or larger financial size category. Additional mandatory requirements include a current ratio of assets to liabilities of 1.0 or higher, an Experience Modification Rating of 1.2 or less, valid Georgia business licenses, completion of IRS Form W9 and E-Verify, and full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
