The Department of Defense, through DLA Aviation At Huntsville, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for 50 Azimuth Dampers with Azimuth Lock Assemblies for the Improved Target Acquisition System. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Huntsville is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Synopsis, solicitation number SPRRA1-27-Q-A006, to identify potential manufacturing sources for a Liner and Bearing A, NSN 2840-00-986-0444, Part Number 2-080-120-01. This component is required for the CH-47 Turbine Engine weapon system. Qualified sources must be capable of managing all aspects of the manufacturing and production process, including supply chain management, logistics, material forecasting, and the resolution of obsolescence issues.
