An active DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, must be provided in order to receive all technical data.** Breech Ring Export Forging, per Drawing # 12528490, Revision Initial Release (New), for 120 MM M256 Cannon First Article Testing is Required. Quantity: 50 Each Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: August 2012 Estimated Date of Solicitation: April 25, 2012 Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Technical Data Package: This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submission of an e-mail to: contact@example.gov. Any said requests should contain the following information: CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone number. A TDP will be provided after the solicitation has been released to the Army Single Face to Industry website). Critical Military Technical Data: The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document and technical data. All requests for these documents must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
