Synopsis for Solicitation GS05P17SAD0009 10 Location Operations & Maintenance Services Federal Center Complex, Chicago, Illinois The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment and subcontracts necessary to provide full Building Operation and Maintenance Services, as well as related services described in this solicitation including inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems at the following locations: 1. Everett M. Dirksen (EMD) U.S. Courthouse 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604 2. John C. Kluczynski (JCK) Federal Building 230 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604 3. The solicitation will be available on or about May 22, 2017; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (fedbizopps.gov) website. All interested vendors must be registered with this website in order to download the solicitation and amendments. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FBO for amendments and/or additional information. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See the solicitation for more information. The current contractor is Crown Energy Services Inc., doing business as Able Engineering, located in San Francisco, CA. The current monthly price is $455,355.17.
