The United States Marine Corps Systems Command is hosting an Electro-Optics Industry Conference on October 19-20, 2005, at the Clubs of Quantico. The event includes presentations from the Program Manager for Optics and Non-Lethal Systems (ONS) and the Optical Systems Team Leader, focusing on the Marine Corps’ Optics Technology Roadmap and both current and future programs. Attendees are invited to provide briefings and live-fire demonstrations of electro-optics technologies, particularly those relevant to hand-held, helmet-mounted, and small-arms mounted day and night vision systems. Emphasis is placed on future technological solutions expected to meet operational needs over the next decade, such as electronic image intensifiers, thermal imagers, digital sensor fusion, short-wave infrared, and wireless image sharing. All presentations must be unclassified, and demonstrations of prototypes are encouraged. The conference schedule includes check-in and opening remarks on the morning of October 19, followed by briefings and live demonstrations extending through the afternoon and evening of both days. Industry participants are allotted one fifty-minute briefing and one thirty-minute demonstration slot, with opportunities for private consultation with a Marine Corps panel comprising representatives from MARCORSYSCOM, MCCDC, MCOTEA, and HQMC. This panel will address requirements clarifications to inform future solicitations. The event solicits responses for planning purposes only, without a commitment to procurement. Interested parties must register attendees, describe the products or technologies to be presented, and select preferred briefing and demonstration times by early October, with a final schedule distributed by mid-October.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
