This initiative aims to establish a sustainable, multi-year evergreen technology refresh cycle for the Visual Information Acquisition System Family of Systems using a Hardware-as-a-Service operating lease model. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing latest-generation equipment, managing the technology lifecycle, and executing a mandatory 36-month hardware refresh for all leased components. Key technical requirements include full Trade Agreements Act compliance for all hardware and native or certified compatibility with the Canon RF lens mount standard.
