Solicitation FA252126QB112 is a request for quote for a firm-fixed price contract to provide turnkey temporary fencing and barricade services for the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler event at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida. The contractor is required to provide 4,500 linear feet of fence panel hard barricades, approximately 4 by 10 feet in size, to restrict access to the finish line and prevent unauthorized vehicle entry. The scope of work includes the delivery, setup, and teardown of the fencing, with specific performance windows requiring setup to be completed by 1600 on the Friday prior to the event and all personnel off-installation by 1700. The contract structure consists of a base year with four optional one-year extensions, with the government evaluating total pricing for all five potential years of performance. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS 532490. The prime contractor must perform at least 50 percent of the payable service portion of the effort and provide direct supervision via a W-2 employee.
